To keep our employees motivated and have something to look forward to from their daily routine, the Lahore office celebrated Spring Festival among Telco campaigns. The theme of the day was all the bright spring colors, which show festivity and vividness. The work floor was decorated with small colorful kites, flowers and similar decorative items. Based on the theme of the day, many employees dressed up in bright colored getups. The specialty of the day was the food stall for “Golgappy”. Golgappas were served from 12 pm to 7pm to all employees and it was well ensured that everyone gets an ample share. An Instagram picture booth in the shape of an Instagram post was specially designed for this event and everyone enjoyed taking pictures with it. Apart from this, the Golgappa Eating Competition was also organized, in which employees participated with full vigor. There were total four winners of these competitions and were awarded a special prizes. The idea to celebrate this event was of Waqas Hameed Mehr – Sr. Manager Operations & which was executed by Mehwish Iqbal – Supervisor Operations along with a team of 3 talented Asst. Managers. Mehwish was the in-charge of floor and café decorations and the three Asst. Managers Ammar Laiq Ahmad Javaid & Mubashar Talal, took the responsibility for food stall and related arrangements. Moreover, Employer Branding & Marketing also helped with the branding of the whole event. The employees were happy to be a part of such great festivity at ibex. We got a chance to see many smiling faces. This happiness will seem to translate in good performance on the production floor. Feedback Obtained:
